My Low Carb Daily Food Log
Today I’ve tried to eat really light only because I’ve been feeling… Uh how should I say this…Well here I think a picture can say it better.
I’ve been asked how do I get the Carb count for my meals. Well I use the Nutrition Tracker on Sparkpeople.com and then I enter my meals on here. Check it out it’s FREE!
Please share your method or web site for counting carbs for recipes 🙂
Breakfast:
1 Coffeee, splenda, (no milk) = 0 Net Carbs
Low Carb Vanilla Protein Shake, 4 strawberries, water, ice= 2 Net Carbs
Total Net Carbs: 2
Lunch:
2 cups Mixed lettuce = 2 Net Carb
1 TB NN Caesar dressing = 1 Net Carb
5 Kalamata olives = 1 Net Carbs
0.5 cup, sliced Cucumber (peeled) = 1 Net Carbs
1 cup, diced Celery = 2 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 7 Net Carbs
Dinner:
3 oz Chicken Breast = 0 Net Carb
1 tsp Rosemary, dried = 0 Net Carb
2 cups Mixed lettuce = 2 Net Carb
1 TB NN Caesar dressing = 1 Net Carb
5 Kalamata olives = 1 Net Carbs
Total Net Carbs: 4 Net Carbs
Snack:
10 almonds = 1 Net Carb
1 oz Gouda Cheese =1 Net Carb
Sugar Free Jello = 0 Net Carb
4 tbsp Babaganoush (eggplant dip) = 0 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 1
Total Net Carbs for today : 14
Target for today: 20 Net Carb

The photo is perfect!!! Love it. 14-carbs is A+. I did eat sugar this evening; hot fudge brownie and I did eat pasta – each in small doses. But I knew I would eat wrong at my dinner party; lightly wrong, but with sugar. I didn’t eat all day thought and hopefully not too much backsliding on the scale as a result! I’m so on the edge of 10-lbs gone! Then, about 25-more. Sigh.
Anxious for the weigh-in results!

Thanks, I was surprised too with only 14 g carbs I hope I can keep that up.
I know what you mean it’s not easy when entertaining and sticking to your diet, a couple of nights ago I visited a friend and she gave me a rum and coke (not diet) and I sipped on it all night. The old me would’ve had a 2nd and a 3rd and possible a 4th. Plus there were too many munchies, chips, cheese, crackers.
I was invited to dinner with friends and I said I was busy just so I wouldn’t screw up.
