Parsley Salad


This is my version of Tabouli salad, my family loves it and I hope you do too.

Parsley Salad

Ingredients:
2 bunches of parsley, chopped
1 english cucumber, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
3 stalks of celery, diced
3 green onions, diced
½ tsp Half salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ c extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
