Dandelion Salad


Dandelion Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 bunches of dandelion
1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped or garlic powder
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Wash dandelion very well to remove sand.  Chop dandelion.
Add dandelion into a big pot of boiling water and let them cook for about 10 mins.
Drain them very well and roughly chop them again.
Add a minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve with pita bread.
