1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Pre-heat a grill. Combine the beef, spinach, onion, bell pepper and dijon mustard in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape the meat into 4 equal size patties and place on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
Topped with pickle, tomato, onion and served with a salad.
