I made this today for the first time and it was delicious.  Sinfully delicious!!

Low Carb Ricotta & Blueberries

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), thawed
4 tbsp (70gr) Light Ricotta Cheese

Preparation:

Defrost blueberries and keep the juice then place on top of ricotta cheese.
Makes 1 serving.

Enjoy!!

  5. This is one of my favorite breakfasts, I’ve also had it with fresh strawberries. If you want it a little sweeter you can sprinkle some Splenda on the fruit.
