Tomato Avocado Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Avocado, diced
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Cucumber, seedless, chopped
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients together and serve immediately.  I like to have it with the Bran Crisp bread.

Serves: 2
