Korean Beef Ribs


Korean Beef Ribs

Korean style beef ribs are delicious, my family just loves them.   This marinade brings out the great beef rib’s flavor and is the reason that they are so tender.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tsp splenda
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 scallions chopped
3 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds

Preparation:

In a bowl dissolve splenda in soy sauce and white wine.
Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and mix well.

Place ribs in large resealable food storage bag.
Pour marinade over ribs.
Seal bag tightly, turning to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Prepare grill for cooking.

Drain ribs; reserve marinade.
Place ribs on grill.
Grill ribs, on covered grill, over medium-hot coals 5 minutes.
Brush tops lightly with reserved marinade; turn and brush again.
Discard remaining marinade.
Continue to grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes for medium or until desired doneness is reached.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  2. Actually the recipe is just a marinade. I used Beef short ribs, you can you any ribs you like.
