Yesterday was Day 5 and it was Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X.
I really liked it, it stretched out a lot of sore muscles which are slowly going away.

Don’t worry the soreness will go away. P90X is an awesome work out. Stick with it and be sure to follow the nutrition plan.
