Light Ricotta & Berries

The other day a friend of mine surprised me with some freshly picked raspberries.  They’re so good you can to eat them just the way they are.

My breakfast was simple:

75 grams Light ricotta cheese
90 grams blueberries & raspberries


I know that took a lot of effort 🙂

You can sprinkle a little splenda if you like but I found it sweet enough.
