Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients:

1 bag of Broccoli slaw  (it’s shredded stalks of broccoli YUM!!)
1/4 cup mayonnaise, (I used Hellman’s Olive Oil)
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons dried currants
1 green onion chopped
Salt and pepper (to taste)


Preparation:

In a big bowl combine all the ingredients except the broccoli slaw.

Once it’s mixed well add the broccoli slaw and mix until coated nicely.

Enjoy!!

Serves: 4
