Friday ~ Day 12 – Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
I think this is my favorite workout so far. I’m a little sore because of the sciatica nerve I pulled last night but I did my best and finished the workout.
and I have been drinking my water, it’s easy since it’s been so humid.
Anyhow, tomorrow night we’ve been invited to a friends for dinner. I hope there’s no carbs or I’ll just be eating salad for dinner.
