Yesterday we took off on our third road trip of the summer. I’ve gotten pretty good at packing a cooler with snacks and eating out on the road is easier than I thought. But staying at a friends house can be more challenging since I’m not in control of the food that’s put on the table.

I wish McDonald’s made something like this Bunless Burger. But I must say that they make the best salads. My fav is the Chicken Caesar Salad Yum!!
