We’re here this week visiting my parents and we all love my mom’s cooking.

This is what Homer ate & this is what I ate yesterday.

If Homer went low carb he’d loss that belly fat.


Yesterday’s Menu:

Breakfast:
Coffee, Source Yogurt with a few blueberries

Lunch:
Grilled Chicken breast with a salad, 1 slice spicy cheese, 4 olives

Dinner:
Veal with mushrooms, sauteed green pepper and onions and salad

Snacks:
A few walnuts, celery (anis),  2 of mom’s almond biscotti,
