P90X Day 3 + Daily Food Log

P90X -Lean – Phase 1
Day 3: PLYO

Slight change in plans, I was in the mood for Plyo today so that’s what I did instead of Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X.
Plyo really knocks me on my butt every time.  Love it!!!

1 Coffeee, splenda, (no milk) = 0 Net Carbs
Low Carb Vanilla Protein Shake, 4 strawberries, water, ice= 2 Net Carbs
Total Net Carbs: 2

Taco Salad
5 oz Lean Ground beef = 0 Net Carbs
2 cups Romaine lettuce, 1 TB PC Ceasar dressing = 1 Net Carb
4 Kalamata olives = 0 Net Carbs
2tb Sour cream = 3 Net Carbs
Total Net Carbs: 4 Net Carbs

Low Carb Chicken Soup 2 servings = 4 Net Carbs
Salad, cucumber, oil and vinegar = 2 Net Carbs
Total Net Carbs: 6

1 piece Russell Stover Peanut Butter Crunch -No sugar = 6 Net Carbs
1 piece Biscotti-Lilly’s Sugar Free Chocolate = 4 Net Carbs
Sugar free Jello = 0
10 almonds = 1
Salamoie 6 pcs= 2
Parmesan cheese = 1
Total Net Carbs: 14

Total Net Carbs for today :  26
Target for today:  20 Net Carb

Note to self:
SELF!!! Firs time having black coffee with splenda not good.

  1. I’m curious about your source for carbohydrate counts. You show no carbs for Kalamata olives, for instance, but the FatSecret nutrition counter tool
    shows at least 1 and up to 3 carbs, depending on the brand. What source do you use?

    Thanks for the comment, the label on my Kalamata olives jar reads 5 olives = 1 carb.
