My Low Carb Daily Food Log


Breakfast:
Coffee 8 oz, 1% Milk 2 Tb, Splenda 1 tsp = 2 Net Carbs
My Low Carb Bran Chocolate Muffin-Net Carbs 0.5
Total Net Carbs: 2.5

Lunch:
Italian Sausage, pork = 1 Net Carb
Dandelion greens, chopped, 1 cup = 3 Net Carb
Spanish Olives – 2 Olives = 0 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 4 Net Carbs

Dinner:
Mom’s Homemade Lasagna with meat & sauce = 12 Net Carbs
Chicken Breast = 0 Net Carbs
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup = 0 Net Carbs
Vinegar – Unico – Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp = 0 Net Carbs
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp = 0 Net Carbs
Total Net Carbs:  12 Net Carbs

Snack:
Herbal Tea
Total Net Carbs: = 0 Net Carb

Total Net Carbs for today : 18.5 Net Carbs
Target for today:  20 Net Carb

Note to self:
My mom & sister arrived here today.

SELF!!!  Give yourself a pat on the back since today you really restrained yourself from indulging.  I made Lemon Meringue  pie and I didn’t even have a bite.  Yeah me!  I didn’t really miss it either.
