Snack:
Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Cereal, 1 cup = 23 Net Carb

Milk, 1%, 1 cup = 12 Net Carb

I know Corn Flakes are not low carb but everyone was watching tv and munching on popcorn and I thought this was a better choice.  I guess I need to find new snacks.
