Friday
Garlic shrimp
Fried Cod
Rice (for family)

Saturday
Burgers (no bun) with toppings: tomato slice, mayo, avocado, onion
Parsley salad
Corn (for kids)

Sunday
Chicken breast with green olives, onions
Roasted broccoli
Green Beans
Green salad with vinaigrette

Snacks:
Celery sticks filled with cream cheese
Sugar free biscotti
10 almonds
