I had my weigh in today, I’m very disappointed in myself that didn’t do so well.  I knew it wasn’t going to be good since I’ve kinda lost my mojo with sticking to the plan.

But tomorrows a new day and I’m starting with a fresh slate.

How do you pick yourself up when you’ve lost your mojo??

I am an all or nothing personality. As soon as I step off that wagon I’m in for it with bad food choices. I tend to brush off my desires to eat well (again) because I know that soon I will outgrow my clothes and then, then it will be time to step back on the wagon. This usually works — I just sort of punish myself into getting back at it. So this week… this is the week that I am back on the wagon; as they call it.

The way the strategy works is that I gain about 4- or 5 lbs of hard earned loss, get really mad and get back at it to lose the 4- or 5 and then 4-or 5 more. Then I gain a little and then … well etc but each time I lose, I lose a little more than before.

Terrible way to be BUT when I’m focused, I DO GREAT!
