My Low Carb Food Log


Yesterdays blog was very time consuming so I think I’ll stick to what I’ve done in the past.  Track the food I eat and then at the end of the day when the kitchen is closed I post my food log and with some luck I’ll had some food pics.

1 Coffee 8 oz, 1% Milk 1/4 c, Splenda 1 tsp = 4 Net Carb
1 Low Carb Bran Chocolate Muffin = 0.5 Net Carb
1 tb Smuckers No Sugar Added Strawberry Jam = 1 Net Carb
Total Net Carb: 5.5

Exercise: (9-9:30 am)
Elliptical  23 minutes, burned 202 calories
Drank 16 oz water

Lunch: (12:30 pm)

Leftover baked meatballs = 2 Net Carb
1 TB PC Sugar Free Ketchup 1 Tb = 0 Net Carb
16 oz water= 0 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 2 Net Carb

Snack: (2:30 pm)
Peanut Butter Crunch 3 pcs=1 net carb  (I had 1 pc) = 0 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 0 Net Carb

Mustard Pork Chops & Roasted Cabbage

Dinner:
Creamy Mustard Pork Chops = 2 Net Carb

Roasted Cabbage = 2 Net Carb
2 cups green salad with French dressing = 1 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 5 Net Carb

CarbRite Bars

Snack:
Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello = 0 Net Carb
2 Sugar-Free Chocolate Biscotti = 2 Net Carb

1 CarbRite Bar- Raspberry Chocolate Truffle = 2.5 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 2.5 Net Carb

Total Net Carbs for today : 15 Net Carb

Daily Target: 20 Net Carb
