1 Low Carb Bran Chocolate Muffin = 0.5 Net Carb
1 tb Smuckers No Sugar Added Strawberry Jam = 1 Net Carb
70 gr Ricotta = 2 Net Carb
Total Net Carb: 7.5

Exercise: Not today, went out early, hence the big breakfast.

Lunch: (12:30 pm)

3 oz Beef patty, garlic & pepper spices = 1 Net Carb
2 cups baby green salad (0) + 2 Tb French dressing = 2 Net Carb
10 oz water= 0 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 3 Net Carb

Snack: (2:30 pm)
Peanut Butter Crunch 3 pcs=1 net carb  (I had 1 pc) = 0 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 0 Net Carb

Dinner:

Garlic Chicken = 2 Net Carb
0.5 cup Green Beans = 2 Net Carb
2 cups baby green salad (0) + 2 Tb French dressing = 2 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 6 Net Carb

Snack:
Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello = 0 Net Carb

Crackers (I screwed up with these) = 10 Net Carb
Total Net Carbs: 10 Net Carb

Total Net Carbs for today : 26.5 Net Carb

Daily Target: 20 Net Carb
