What’s on your menu for your Low Carb holidays?

  1. For Christmas we’re having beef braciole, which is top round beef, sliced thin. Then layered with various Italian cold cuts, provolone cheese,minced garlic,and Italian Spices. Then you roll up the beef with all the goodies inside and tie it closed with a string.

    Fry on all sides until golden brown. Cut the strings, slice and serve.

    According to how much cheese you stuff into the braciole, this is a very low carb meal.

    I made that this week, but after I pan seared it I added it to a pot of simmering tomato sauce. Yummy
    Just like mom makes đŸ™‚
