Exercise your mind and body


This week I’m going to be trying recipes from my new low carb cookbook. (It’s the white book).  I need to get back in gear and I find when I make things interesting like trying a new recipes, it helps me stay motivated.

If anyone has any of these cookbooks let me know which recipes are your favorites.
