Easy Cabbage Soup Recipe

Today I went and had my nails refilled, I was well over due.  I get Bio Sculpture Gel done and they last forever.  This is the one thing I do for myself that makes me feel pampered.  They’re so pretty and shinny right now, love it.

Hey girls, what’s the one thing you do to feel pampered?

For my lunch I was in the mood for soup but I didn’t have a lot of time.
I had leftover boiled cabbage leaves from last nights delicious cabbage rolls.  After a brain storm and then calling my mom for some ideas, here’s what we came up with.

Easy Cabbage Soup

6-8 Boiled cabbage leaves  (I used savoy cabbage)
2 celery ribs
1/2 small onion, diced
2 garlic, minced
1 can Campbell s tomato soup

Remove the thick stem from the cabbage leaves and chop into small pieces.
In a pot sauté onions, garlic, celery, and cabbage for 5 minutes until tender.
Add one can of tomato soup  and 1 1/2 cans of water.
Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour in to bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
