Fennel and Green Apple Salad
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1 fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced
Whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add the apple and fennel and toss until well mixed.
