I’ve lost 0.5 lbs for my 3rd weigh in.  I’m not doing so good but at least it’s still a loss.

Week 2 (Sept 8-14): 159.0 (-0.0)   :-( 
Week 3 (Sept 15- 21): 158.5 (-0.5)

Rest Day (not feeling good)

Body Sculpt Class (60 min)

Cardio Stair Climbers (20 min) + Kettlebells (60 min)

Saturday
Cardio (30) + Weight Training (60 min)

Sunday
Pilates Class (60 min)
