Low Carb Cherry Coconut Jello
2 boxes of Sugar Free cherry jello
1/2 c. of boiling water
1 1/2 cups (1 can) Aroy-D Coconut milk
Mix well the jello and boiling water. Then add coconut milk, mix well and refrigerate until set.
4 serving: 1/2 cup

1 box Jello Sugar Free – any flavor (gelatin not pudding)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1. Bring one cup of water to a boil.
2. Add in the gelatin mix, and stir until all dissolved.
3. Stir in one cup of cool water.
4. Pour the finished mixture into popsicle molds (paper cups work too) and freeze.
Yield: 4-7 Popsicle (depending on size)
