Had a great weigh in, I’m down 2.5 lbs and I’m now in the 150’s.  Yeah Baby!!!

Weighed in today and I’m down a whopping -0.9 lb 🙂  It’s better that a gain.  I’ve actually lost 3 lbs since my last weigh in, cuz I again a few over the holidays.
I hope to have a better number when I get on the scale in 2 weeks.

This morning I remembered I had bought some Ketostix a few months ago so I did a test I’m not sure but I’m guessing I’m in the beginning stages of ketosis.

I had my weigh in today, it went better than expected.  I though I might have only lost 2 lbs so I was thrilled to see I’m down 3 lbs.  I’m almost in the 50′s, so close that I can almost taste it.  Sweet!!!

I had my weigh in today, it was a great weigh in.
I’ve lost 2.5 pounds. Now there’s 28.5 pounds to get to my personal goal.

Total Loss:    -23 pounds

I had my weigh in today and I’ve lost 1.5 pounds and I’m truly surprised.  These last two months have been a challenge.
I’m not blaming my kids but since my kids have been out of school, I find that I’m always in the kitchen.  They’re constantly eating  and I join in on it, especially when they’re having ice cream, chips etc.

But for the past 3 weeks I’ve cut out all that junk and really stuck too it and so far I’ve lost the 3 pounds that I gained plus and extra 1.5 pounds.


I hope to lose more by the time I have my next weigh in.

I had my weigh in today and I’m down -3.0 pounds which is great but I’m going back to eating more green leafy veggies since that will help burn more fat. Don’t get me wrong I’ve been eating my veggies just not enough greens. Broccoli & lettuce have been my main green but I’m going to change that. This weigh in I lost more water weight than pounds.

Total Loss:low -18.5 pounds

I had my weigh in today and I’m up +0.5 pounds but I’m not too worried about it since the gain is due to water weight I’m up 1.5 lb  water.   The good news is that I’ve lost 1.5 lbs of Fat Mass!!!
I really need to pay more attention to sodium so I can lose the water weight.

Current Weight: 170.0   -4.5 pounds
Total Loss: -19.0 pounds

I had my weigh in day and I’m thrilled to say I’m down 4.5 pounds, which brings my total weight loss to 19 pounds!!!  I want to reward myself with a little something but I don’t know what, any suggestions?

I’m thinking a new nail polish, lipstick, etc

  1. We’ve had similar weight losses with around the same start weight and the same current weight!

    I’m aiming to firstly get to 68kg (150 pounds) but I will probably want to get to about 64kg (140 pounds).

    The main thing for me is to get to my dream dress size of size 10 (US size 8). Not long to go!! 🙂
