My Food Finds
Here are my low carb food finds from the local grocery store and specialty shops. Keep checking back to this page as I will always be updating it, the newest food finds will be at the top of the page.

Half a cup of this delicious icecream is just 2 net carbs
These bars are great tasting and only 2g.
Reese No Sugar Peanut Butter cups 5 pieces are 5 carbs
Toffee Squares 3 pieces are 0 carbs but I still count them for 1 carb.
I found this Chipotle puree at Walmart. It adds a smokey heat to any dish, it’s great on steak and is zero carbs.
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus 2 TB = 4 carbs
Sugar Free Jello Dark Chocolate Mousse 2 g carbs per cup.
These Mr.Freeze are made with Splenda and are zero carbs.
Source Yogurt 1 serving is 5 g carbs. Cherry is my fav.
Low Carb Pina Colada mix, it’s made with splenda and has zero carbs. Havne’t tried it yet but I’m sure it’s going to be good.
I add a TB of Chia seeds to my 32 oz water bottle. It’s a great source of Omega 3, Fiber, Protein. I find it helps me stay full.
This is a great low carb drink, I’ve been using the vanilla in my coffee for months now and it’s delish. When I’m craving chocolate I have a glass of the chocolate with a sprinkle of splenda and it really hits the spot.
Kraft Mango Chipotle Dressing, it’s great on broccoli slaw or a simple green salad. 1 Tb = 3 carbs
I found this Pressed Cottage Cheese at Costco, it almost resembles feta cheese: 75 g= 2 net carbs
No Sugar Added Maple Syrup: 1 Tb = 1 net carb
I found this ketchup that is sweetened with sucralose. It’s really good, 1 Tb = 1 net carb.
I always have a few of these CarbRite bar on hand for an emergency or sometimes just for a snack. My favorite is the Toasted Coconut and the Fudge Brownie.
I found these gems a few months ago when I was sick with the flu and all I wanted was tea and fruit.
Per Serving: 1/2 cup= 7 net carbs
This is a Ranch Dip powder that I mix into low fat sour cream. It’s a great dip for the Kale Chips.
Low Carb Biscotti – 1 net carb per Biscotti
My recipe for Sugar Free Kool-Aid + Splenda
This is my afternoon dessert, I don’t have it everyday but once in awhile. I’ll have a cup of coffee and a teaspoon on this Caramel DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup. It’s sweetened with Splenda Yum Yum Yum!!!

I DO DR. POON’S DIET. …. SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND YOUR BLOG. …. I LOST 70 LBS. STILL HAVE 16 TO REACH MY GOAL. …. FOR SURE I WILL BE KEEPING AN EYE ON YOUR FIND’S AS I FIND IT GET’S SO BORING EATING THE SAME THING’S ALL THE TIME.

Marisa, I wanted to let you know about Smucker’s jam sweetened with Truvia. I have found mine at Walmart but you have to look hard on the front label. I am a diabetic but refuse to use splenda or aspartame. Please check their site for the blackberry and strawberry with Truvia. http://onlinestore.smucker.com/addtocart.cfm

Thanks for the tip. I will look for it when I go shopping. I also try to stay away from aspartame and Splenda. But it’s so difficult to find food without it.
